Fake Emails

It has been brought to our attention that a fraudster may be contacting members of the public, pretending to be from EMG Solicitors and requesting payment of a debt, or that they enter into a “business proposal” regarding the administration of an estate. We can confirm that these emails are fake. We have notified the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre who are investigating.
Should you receive any email purportedly from EMG Solicitors which asks for money or your details so money can be transferred to you, please contact us by either email at [email protected] or by telephone on 0191 500 6989,  so we can report it.
