Our hourly rates usually apply to Debt Recovery work but we will always provide you with a comprehensive fee estimate. Our hourly rates are between £126 – £240 + VAT. However, we do offer the following fixed fee Debt Recovery services:

Letter of Claim – £150 + VAT

Preparing & filing a Claim at the Court using Money Claim Online £350 + VAT + Court fee. This fixed fee also includes applying for Judgment in Default if the Claim is not defended. However, it does not include enforcing the Judgment.
