Job Role at EMG

I joined EMG Solicitors in July 2021 as an Associate Solicitor specialising in residential property. The majority of my work involves the buying, selling and refinancing of houses. I believe communication with clients is key during a process which can be stressful.

Experience

I started my career in the North East working for a local firm but then decided to join a large firm in Leeds which provided me with a wealth of experience. I came back to the North East and qualified as a solicitor in 2014. Since qualifying I have continued to work in the North East acting for clients and lenders all over the country.

What do you like about working at EMG?

From the moment I walked through the doors at EMG everyone has been so welcoming and supportive.

Outside of EMG?

I have two young children and can often be found organising their social diaries and after school activities! When I do get some time to myself, I enjoy going for scenic walks and meeting up with friends and family.
