Job Role at EMG

I am the Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager at EMG. I help make sure that we fulfil our regulatory and legal obligations and support the firm in delivering an amazing service.

Experience

I started my career as an apprentice within the operations team at a stockbroking firm in Leeds. After moving back to the northeast, I went on to work in risk and compliance roles within the financial and legal sectors, specialising in legal and regulatory requirements relating to financial crime prevention. My previous roles have involved policy and framework development, audit and reporting, and advising businesses on their obligations.

Outside of work, you will either find me engrossed in a good book or in the great outdoors – camping, running and all things mountaineering!
