Dominika Aranda
Workplace Manager
Job Role at EMG
I joined EMG in May 2024 as a Workplace Manager. Most of my time is spent looking into solutions that will allow us to create a safe and functional place of work for all colleagues as well as clients who visit the branches. As the business continues to grow there will be many projects which will involve finding the space for expansion, and it will be my role to ensure that the existing and new spaces have all the amenities required for an agile workforce.
Experience
I graduated in 2017 with a Masters in Law from Kingston University following a Bachelor degree in Law & Criminology from Canterbury Christ Church University. I fell into the world of Insurance which led to obtaining in-depth knowledge of liability and H&S within the workplace. Following that I have worked within the workplace management and facilities sector since 2019, while driving forward change and growth within the business with a heavy emphasis on ESG.
What do you like about working at EMG?
From the first interview at EMG I felt the passion and kindness displayed by every colleague I had the chance to speak to. This continues to be the case, and I know that if I ever need help or a sounding board, my colleagues will welcome any questions and support me the best way they can.
Outside of EMG?
In my free time I enjoy listening to podcasts and read books, usually fantasy or true crime. I also enjoy trying new cuisines, so me and my husband often travel to interesting restaurants around the North East as well as outside the country whenever we go on holiday!
