Court of Protection Administrator
COP team administrator since 7 Feb 2022.
Prior to starting at EMG, I have had a varied career. After leaving college, I became a medical secretary before moving to a career in the pharmaceutical industry until I started my family in 2003. This led to a career break for 8 years. To fit in with my two children, I changed career again and became a school secretary, which I still do every morning and find very rewarding.
What do you like about working at EMG?
The people!! Right from walking in the front door on the day of my interview, every single person I have met at EMG Solicitors has been friendly and made me feel extremely welcome. They are a very nurturing and flexible company who care for their staff, their clients and their community. Their passion for charity work is close to my heart and I am looking forward to being involved in their future charity activities.
Outside of EMG?
My family and friends are my world. I have two children, Tom, 18 and Meg, 14 who are just a joy to see grow and spend time with. Tom has a passion for history and is hoping to go to university in September to study history and politics. Meg is a bundle of energy who has a passion for horse riding at the moment. I enjoy lots of different types of exercise from rock climbing and cycling to boxing and pilates.
